About

Compassion, Understanding, & Experience

I am a mixed White and Indigenous (Maidu) queer disabled cis woman with ongoing lived experience of what it is like to move in this world -- with all the challenges, opportunities, losses, and joys we face as queer and trans disabled people. With over a decade of providing mental health services, I look forward to working within my own community and helping individuals like myself find meaning, purpose, confidence, and healing. Knowing that disabilities and other health concerns can be unpredictable, I offer an extremely flexible scheduling system and allow for cancellations under 24 hours as long as we are able to re-schedule within that same week. All of my sessions will be done via telehealth in order to improve access for both myself and my clients. I also aim to make my services as affordable as possible, knowing all too well the barriers we as LGBTQ+ disabled people can face when it comes to income instability and restrictions. Therefore I offer my sessions at $80 per session, with an initial 15 minute consultation for free.
