Compassion, Understanding, & Experience
NOTE: Both my practice and waitlist are currently full. Feel free to check back here in the future for updates.
I am a mixed white and indigenous (Maidu) queer disabled cis woman with ongoing lived experience of what it is like to move in this world -- with all the challenges, opportunities, losses, and joys we face as queer and trans disabled people. With over a decade of providing mental health services, I look forward to working within my own community and helping individuals like myself find meaning, purpose, confidence, and healing.
Knowing that disabilities and other health concerns can be unpredictable, I offer an extremely flexible scheduling system and allow for cancellations up to 24 hours as long as we are able to reschedule within the same week. All of my sessions will be conducted via telehealth to improve access for both my clients and me.
I also aim to make my services as affordable as possible, knowing all too well the barriers we as LGBTQ+ disabled people can face when it comes to income instability and restrictions. Therefore, I offer private pay sessions at $100 per session, with an initial 15-minute consultation free of charge. I have also teamed up with several insurance agencies to expand access to financial services. Please find below a list of current insurance options I accept for payment.
